For elevated dining, take a special someone to this romantic Morningside Heights rooftop French-Eclectic restaurant that proves you can have both outstanding views and fabulous food. They have complimentary valet parking after 6:00pm. The menu changes with the season. They have a harpist, fireplace, candles and a red rose on the table. Next summer the outside terrace and Sky Grill will be open.- April 2005
