Pisticci

I live very close to the restaurant, and I nearly always eat out, but never at Pertutti. The food is decent but the atmosphere is amazingly unpleasant. Everything they do is aimed at making an extra cent or two. The first unpleasantry comes with the seating - they will make you wait *however* long it takes to seat you at the *most* efficient table possible, even if it means twenty minutes. The waiters and bartender are dismissive (especially if they have not been assigned to you) - they have clearly been given pep talks about eking out dollars and have learned to forget everything else. The food was rather good two years ago (I used to go despite the unpleasantries) but now it simply is worth neither the scowls nor the expense.
