Wednesday, November 08, 2006 - When a late-October milestone of my own approached and I surveyed the restaurants in my sights, I decided to celebrate the occasion with the last in a series of visits to Picholine. What a happy birthday I had. What an impressive turnaround Mr. Brennan has accomplished.

I went to Picholine a year ago while on a short weekend break from London, and i have planned to go back ever since!!
The food is amazing, to date still the best meal and dining experience I have ever had - i still have the cheese menu in my kitchen drawer.
The service is excellent, very attentive without being imposing.
The staff is very knowledgeable and made great recommendations both in regards to wine and cheese.
I will be back again and I recommend everyone i know going to New York to go as well
