Visited NAM the week before christmas 2005 - didn't book ahead, and were lucky to get a table as the restaurant was packed! The atmosphere was relaxed and cosy (a good contrast to the weather outside), the waiting staff were attentive and speed of service not too fast or too slow. The food selection was great, very tasty. The waiters had good menu knowledge also! Not cheap but not ridiculously expensive, and definitely well worth a visit.
