This is a fabulous little place on the upper east-side of N.Y where not many tourists go.
The Food is pricy but excellent - especially the Tuna Tartare Appetizer. It is one of those places where you WILL talk to the people next to you as there is little room, and it all turns into one big party later in the evening with whoever is left!.
