Chef Frank Castro serves nostalgic dishes with his deft culinary signature as well as modern creative interpretations of Spanish cuisine. We have an extensive tapas menu and also serve a full service dinner. One of our signature dishes is the Paella Valenciana - lobster, scallops, mussels, clams, chicken, shrimp, and Spanish sausages with saffron rice. Pair this savory dish with one of the wines from our carefully selected list or with our famous secret-recipe sangria. The decor is reminiscent of a baroque Spanish castle and brings to mind stories of unrequited gothic romances - intimate, sexy and candlelit with an air of mystery. Flor de Sol features live entertainment Monday through Thursday.- April 2005
