What a great surprise! In the middle of Chelsea, a neighborhood restaurant that serves world class food! in fact they have a section of the menu called "Global Tapas". The prices are very reasonable. The service is professional yet friendly. The food is all well prepared with interesting & creative twists to each dish. They also have a beautiful garden dining area in the rear. I loved it!
