Situated on the industrial streets of Tribeca, Dylan Prime is a modern steakhouse (wood-slatted ceiling, moss colored walls), with a hip downtown atmosphere that defies tradition. Dramatic mahogany and glass paneled wine cellars defines the plush, inviting space. Lush velvet menus are an added unexpected touch.- April 2005
