Carne is a New American restaurant worth traveling to. The restaurant offers full lunch and dinner menus as well as a prix fixe menu and an extensive American wine list. Specialties range from a brined Double-Thick Pork Chop that melts in your mouth to a deliciously light traditional Shrimp and Scallop Ceviche that arrives in a martini glass with an avocado fan. A popular lounge with specialty cocktails rounds out the space.- April 2005
