At this American restaurant, you can have it your way. And no, we are not talking about Burger King. Chef Tom Colicchio has designed a menu where diners pick what they want a la carte and pick how they want it cooked. In this restaurant, you get to be the culinary artist and luckily, Craft provides you with very fresh and fine quality vegetables and meats to choose from so you do not screw it up. Braising is said to be the staffs cooking specialty. Think you can make a better meal then most restaurants? Try out your stuff here.- November 2004
