Rebuilt only a few years ago, Bouley takes the place of Bouley’s Bakery which was damaged in the September 11th attacks and was then used to feed Ground Zero relief workers. Bouley continues the tradition of Chef David Bouley’s original award winning Bouley restaurant that he closed in 1996 to start Bouley’s Bakery. With a more eclectic menu then the original Zagat favourite, Bouley is now a much more modern place to eat French cuisine. Bouley also offers catering services as well as large private party rooms because he knows people usually want to share his food with friends.- November 2004
