21 floors Above the hustle & bustle of Times Square, some of the best Contemporary American food in New York is prepared. Under the culinary direction of Brad Barnes (New York’s only Certified Master Chef) Executive Chef Kieran Masek works wonders with his fantastically tasty Rapid Cuisine. Of great value is its pre theater dining, which consists of the entire unabbreviated menu at special, reduced prices. This privately owned restaurant located in The Hilton Times Square is coupled with a busy, chic bar offering a great array of specialty Martinis and a fantastic noshing menu. As well the bottled wines are not forgotten; Michael DeCanio creates a “new image” wine list with many high-powered and reasonably priced wines by the bottle or glass, and a fabulous Half-Bottle wine list. Above's quiet private rooms are also a haven for power breakfast & lunches to the many neighborhood businesses.
